In addition to overseeing the Shooting Range, BVS Rangers have the primary function to ensure adherence to the BVSA Amenity Rules. They are also called to assist other agencies at times including the BVPD and CSD. Members may now contact BVS Rangers directly at the above phone number to request a Ranger to respond to amenity rule violations.
While Rangers may have some knowledge about wildlife and may respond to wildlife concerns at BVSA amenities or when requested by other agencies, Rangers may not enter private property without written homeowner consent. The California Department of Fish & Wildlife should be contacted directly with wildlife concerns on private property.
